At the Martial Glacier Nature Reserve, located just a few kilometers from downtown Ushuaia, visitors can reach the mountain area via the Cerro Martial lift. This quad chairlift operates year-round, providing easy access to the mountain while offering a 1,400-meters ride with panoramic views of the city, the Beagle Channel, and the Martial mountain range. The lift has two stations: an intermediate station at 515 meters above sea level and an upper station at 550 meters.
After the chairlift ride you can have coffee and hot meals at the base of the Cerro Martial complex.
