The starting point for this activity is the parking lot of Camping Kawi Yoppen, located a few kilometers from the entrance to Ushuaia, along National Route 3.

An informative briefing is given and then the trekking begins, following a marked trail that leads to a waterfall called Velo de Novia. This trail ascends through a thick forest, and along the way there are views of National Route 3 and the river Olivia. Once you reach a flat area near the waterfall, a technical and safety briefing is given, and then the guides proceed to prepare the ropes for the descent.  After the rappel is done, you can enjoy a lunch and a warm drink at the foot of the waterfall. The return journey is made along the same trail that leads back to the campsite parking lot. This activity lasts 4 hours and can be done year-round.
