This is a private reserve near the city center. It has an extension of 100 hectares and the Arakur Hotel is located at the top of the Cerro Alarken.  It protects lush forests of lengas, ñires and guindos, native birds and fauna and peat bogs areas.

It has a circuit of trails of low and medium difficulty, from which you can access panoramic views of the city, the Beagle Channel and Mount Olivia.
