Laguna Turquesa is located in the Sierra Sorondo and its access is very close to the city of Ushuaia. The trail runs along an old axe cutter's track, so you can see cut and marked trees. The trail is signposted and well-marked, however the level of difficulty is medium, as it has a steep slope, which in times of snow or rain can require quite an effort to the walker. Beyond the limit of the vegetation, you can see the Sierra Alvear and the Esmeralda Lagoon.
Other interesting information: During most of the way we walk along the edge of the stream that starts in the Turquesa Lagoon.
Main attractions: Sierra Sorondo, Sierra Alvear, Laguna Esmeralda, Laguna Turquesa, Olum Valley.
